We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fund Finance and Operations Manager to join our team.
Job Summary: The Fund Finance and Operations Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of our fund, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, managing budgets, and supporting strategic financial planning. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a background in finance or accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Compliance and Controls: Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements.
- Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial reports and operational data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and advise on strategic decisions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to streamline operations, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance overall organizational performance.

Qualifications:
- Education: Master`s/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Talented Graduate or 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles. Experience in a venture capital or investment management environment is a plus.
